Parcel not received

First they said my parcel is on the way to my house, then it's still at the airport. Yesterday I wanted to collect they said the parcel was allocated to the wrong driver but I will get it today. Today they are handing it somewhere next week to Fast Way Couriers. I can't collect and they don't know when I will get it.
