Parcel not received😡

Hello peter i am writing this review regarding buffalo logistic about my parcel ,the status shows the parcel have been delivered and received but i did not receive any parcel and no contact from them that they coming to deliver, regardless of not calling I have been at the house the whole week . I tried contacting them on all their platforms,but i am not getting any help,and i need my parcel to be delivered before Christmas because those are my children’s clothes.
