This company is very horrible when it comes to customer experience we really don’t need companies like this in South Africa I have been charged delivery fee for the second time for goods that were never even delivered their agents are useless from their supervisor Dikeledi all The way down to the numerous agents I spoke with mamello sanele they don’t even know what they are doing it’s been 3 days till to day no one from buffalo logistics has ***** to call me and tell me where my parcel is at they lie just to cut the call. I Will never ever buy online due to such ****mers called buffalo logistics they need to be closed down honestly even a star is not worth it honestly
