Parcel not delivered

I order some things from Temu and they were supposed to be delivered from the 29th of March to 11th of April.. On the 29th buffalo sent me a message to pay customs which I did on the same day and even uploaded proof countless times.. Up to today April 16 I still receive calls to pay tax and thereis no update on my order.. I called their customers service to have it fixed and they told me that they can see I have uploaded proof but I still need to send an email to the finance department of which she gave me an invalid email address. When I called back to have another email she pretended not to hear me which made me to believe that she gave me a wrong email on purpose.. I have done everything in my hands to get my parcel to no avail.. Buffalo logistics is just ****ming people in my opinion and I'm one of their victim
