Parcel not delivered and no one knows the reasons as to why

My parcel has been out for delivery since wednedsay but till today i have been waiting for my parcel, nothing has been communicated to me as to why it hasn't been delivered. Tried the customer service but was moved from pillar to post. So disappointed,
