PARCEL NOT DELIVERED

I placed an order at Shein on the 2nd November. Buffalo sent me an email that my parcel will be delivered on the 13th of November but it never arrived. I sent them emails and their response is always " your package is with the courier " however, no delivery is made as per their saying!
