Parcel not delivered

I am so disappointed with the service I'm getting from Buffalo. My parcel was not delivered yesterday yet I was available the whole day, no one contacted me and the next thing my delivery status shows that I was NOT available, and I requested the reschedule. The contact details provided are not helping as the calls are never answered.
