Parcel not delivered

I’m going to a third week now I’m being told that they can not reach me for my parcel that time they do not even attempt to deliver I called 100 time the call centre agents USELESS Last call I asked for team leader was told they are on a meeting they will call me back and they didn’t call. The parcel is for a child’s matric dance that is on the 29😩I’m defeated I’m even asking to go collect the parcel they are refusing
