Parcel not deliverd

This company deserves no star at all. I don't recommend it. Extremely bad service. It's now been a week they haven't delivered my parcel. I ordered a dress for my mother to wear at a function over the weekend. The dress was supposed to have arrived last week Monday but their driver got lost & claimed that the address was wrong when she verified with me over the phone & I confirmed that the address on the parcel is correct. She kept saying she is outside my gate when she was never there. My parcel was returned to the hub. I was told another driver would be sent to deliver but the same driver was sent out again. She delivered at the wrong address. The event has already passed & it's now a week later I still don't have my parcel even though they had said they would deliver on Saturday morning. I made numerous calls to the company but all was in vain
