Parcel never delivered since October 2023

Buffalo logistics should be stopped. Ordered in October 2023 and have still not received the parcel. It’s sitting at Buffalo logistics OR Tambo. We have called countless times and are told the same story about a link to pay deliver fee, and that link never comes.

We paid customs and all was fine until we were told delivery drivers called us 3 times! We have never received even a single call. This company must be stopped.
