Parcel never delivered

I've been waiting for my parcel from china since the beginning of the month then suddenly on friday last week it showed delivered forwhich I never received the parcel tried to call but no one is picking until I got WhatsApp number and no one is responding to my messages till today am extremely unhappy about their services coz I really want my parcel
