Parcel missing

Parcel was collected by Buffalo 14 March for items to be returned to Shein for a refund. Shein did not receive the parcel, seems like my parcel is missing. I did not receive a receipt when they picked up my parcel. Now there is no trace and Bufallo asked me to sort it out with SKYNET Terrible Skynet even worse cant get hold of any one!!
