Parcel missing

I've been expecting my parcel from over seas when I track it is showing that they tried to deliver it on the 3rd of February but Noone has contacted I've been home the whole time now I'm afraid the parcel could be sent back where it cam from they should have at least contacted me and leave it to my nearest post office if they were lazy to find me
