I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the service I have received from Buffalo Courier. My package, under tracking number BUFZA8KC05152JUYQ was marked as delivered and signed for, yet I have not received the items. This discrepancy is deeply concerning, and despite my attempts to resolve this directly through your support channels, I have not received a satisfactory explanation or a solution. I am extremely disappointed by this lack of accountability and expect an immediate investigation into the whereabouts of my delivery and a prompt resolution to this dispute.
