Parcel "Lost"

Parcel show delivered, but I never received it. They cannot find or provide a proof of delivery. No help from Customer Service. It has been six days since I informed them and they are escalating my query every day with no resolve. Meantime the driver is still out "delivering" parcels? Unfortunately Shein and Temu will lose thousands if they continue using Buffalo as their courier to South Africa.
