Parcel long overdue by Buffalo international logistics

Their service is horrible, it takes forever to reach a consultant and when you finally reach one, they are just useless not helpful at all. They mess up your delivery address and expect you to jump through hoops fixing their mistakes. They've been with my parcel for more than 2 weeks at their warehouse and no one even bothers to call and follow up. Their WhatsApp tracking system is useless as well they never update tgeir tracking on time. Consultants have an attitude and quick to wanna hang up on you. I want my parcel
