Parcel keeps saying wrongly allocated

I paid so much money for customs but my parcel keeps getting wrongly allocated, it’s almost 48 hours now and I genuinely need the parcel for a brand collaboration. If I don’t receive my parcel in the next day or two, I am really escalating this matter because Buffalo does not even communicate when the next delivery will be.
