Parcel has not arrived.

I have a parcel that comes all the way from China, it was supposed to be delivered by Buffalo logistics. I paid the custom fee required by the company, I haven't received my parcel till today and I've been waiting for over a month now. Instead I keep on receiving emails stating that I received the parcel and signed which is not true. I can't believe I lost R2500.. No Christmas clothes for me and my son... I need my parcel please..
