Parcel

I ordered clothes at shein and my clothes arrived at South Africa. The problem now is Buffalo logistics, after so many calls and emails today I received an email from them saying I should check my address and phone number if it’s correct. It’s not the first time I ordered at shein and I used that address and phone number on my first order.

I ordered on the 30th last month and I have graduation clothes in that parcel. My graduation is this week and I have to find another alternative because of Buffalo international logistics. I am beyond disappointed on their lack of communication and the way they treat their customers.
