Parcel delivery

Buffalo logistics Kempton Park is the worst company I've ever had to delt with!!! My parcel was supposed to be eta 30th of September 2021. The 20th of September I received a sms saying my parcel will be sent out.. Buffalo Logistics had a what's app nr that according to them is fast reply to customers I've sent what's app on the 28th on September 2021 its the 5th of October today.. Still no reply on my what's app.. I've sent numerous emails no replies.. I've phoned in 3 times with the same answer 'your parcel is still in our warehouse, I'm sending an email for support.. 3 consultants later 3 days between still no feedback calls as promised.. My parcel is just sitting in their warehouse, Paxi confirmed with me they did not get the hand over as yet to collect and deliver for me.. This is a paid item that was bought for a wedding gift that probably will be late or worse not even receive at all!!!!
