Parcel delivery

Buffalo logistics drivers are so rude. I've been waiting for my parcel yesterday and he called in the morning around 9 am, I missed his call then I returned his call at 10 am and he said he left my parcel at the depot because I did not pick up my phone. I called and asked him why wouldn't he call when he arrived at the address I wrote and says he is outside delivering my parcel instead of calling before taking my parcel. I told him about Imile courier who call only when they are outside saying come and get your parcel. He dropped my call and never picked it up again yesterday.
