Parcel delivery

This is my tracking number, BUFZA***YQ. They were supposed to deliver my parcel and they tried to deliver it at my address and I wasn't there, so they went back with it. When I called they said must pay another delivery fee, they said they didn't receive it, I paid my delivery fee three times but the requested me to pay again and I even sent proof of payment. I have paid R164.00 for the delivery fee but I have not received my parcel. They kept on saying that they didn't receive my payment, which is why I paid three times. The company does not respond to my emails anymore.
