Parcel delayment

Hello. I have been waiting for my Shein parcel. I have now received the same message that others have received to say that "logistics providers are experiencing resource shortage, so your order may be delayed by 3-5 days". I do not understand why it is taking this long to get the package out of the Buffalo Logistics warehouse to me. It seems that we are all experiencing the same problem. I urgently need my package, please. We pay the necessary taxes on time and shipping costs and we deserve to have a good delivery service
