Parcel delayed

Very poor service, i orderd somethings on shein on the 30th of august, there were two orders,i only received one. Im still waiting on the other. i received an email to pay customs for the second parcel..i paid. I havent received anything. Instead they send me an email stating that i havent paid, i have been calling them numerous times and never get through. They do not even respond on their whatsapp number. Iv sent my proof of payment via email after paying. Sent numerous messages on whatsapp regarding the payment information. Im not getting help. Its almost a month now..please help
