Parcel Delay

I am highly upset they really don't care about customer service at all you struggle to get hold of an agent over the WhatsApp line for a whole day..i have been waiting for my parcel a whole month now still not received yesterday 29th September i saw on my order tracking that Client required reschedule witch is false i have all the necessary proof showing nobody tried phoning me so the driver decided for me that i wanted to reschedule keep in mind my parcel was supposed to be here by the 17th of September for my baby shower now my baby shower is already past and what do i do with that now and yet i stil have to wait and get this service ! Poor service wil never support these people ever again!!!
