As per BUFFALO'S website and tracking system you gave information that the parcel will be delivered within the next 24 hours, now you let me know after I have followed up that the driver had too many parcels and did not pick my parcel. Customer's service pathetic. So i do not care about the company policy of the supplier and you after i have followed up on the tracking from buffalo.
