Parcel ****** by courier
Don’t wait for a refund from buffalo. They ***** clients parcels n money I’ve completed a return request to SHEIN on 29 June, courier only collected on 30July. Courier was suppose to collect within 2 days After numerous phone calls, emails & WhatsApp’s no assistance for my refund. Now on their system, buffalo says the driver came for my parcel but i refused to give him the parcel. What nonsense, I gave the driver the parcel with my own 2 hands. The courier took my parcel on the 30july n said they will scan it on the system but now it looks like the driver stole my parcel & didn’t update it on the system. The drivers name is lucky, please beware if you get this useless driver to collect your parcel for returns Substandard courier company with many complaints.
