Parcel being returned without reason
Bad service. Never had a problem before. My parcel was not delivered but being returned. Wow. Was not even advised that it was in transit with a driver on 14 June. Buffalo better get my parcel to me asap

16 Jun 2024, 17:49I do have to add that an sms was sent 14 June saying parcel dispatched will receive in 48 hours. I was at the delivery address from 7am to 17:30 pm. Maybe the driver was to lazy as the previous driver's actually made contact with me. This is really bad service this time. I can't pay customs again due to someone not wanting to do their job. I really do hope that buffalo can sort this out ASAP.
