PARCEL AWOL AND DRIVER NOT EVEN BOTHERING TO CALL

Good day

Kindly please be advised parcel tracking number BUFZA6QM12295TMYQ from Shein has been delaying to be delivered. What frustrate the most is that on Thursday 2nd of January 2025 I called buffalo call centre and they said parcel was not delivered on the 31st of December 2024 due to address was incomplete, the lady I spoke with she reassured me that she has fixed the address which was supposed to include house number which is 999 Mochwaledi street Pampierstad 8566. But now to my sudden suprise again on the 3rd of January parcel delivery failed due to the same reason. Other courier people that work with Shein has never gave me any problem on delivery but now this is really painful that my parcel has been with buffalo for over 22 days and you guys fail to deliver my parcel.

Kindly please assist with delivering my parcel and if you need anything I would appreciate it if you contact me instead of failing to deliver my parcel. I'm going to put this poor service delivery on hello Peter because I use my data and airtime to call your call centre only for you to not help me.
