Parcel

We've made payment for a parcel on the 18th September 2021. However we get constantly emails and messages to pay,I've sent them proof of payment no response,they WhatsApp system is also a joke,nor do they answer they phones they a disaster wonder where my parcel is and they know using Pep Cell which is also a problem
