Painfully prolonged situation

I am trying to return a package from temu, meant to be a seamless thing the agents do not understand English, respond after days and never understand what's going on. What a painful situation considering the agent came home unexpected no call and I was not available only to then call me to say that he needs to log a call. So to prove he called and came home I wasn't there. The call should have been made before he got to my place. DISHONEST
