Paid tax and duty but no delivery was made from Temu. Even now the Buffalo courier is still delivering my goods.

I desperately need your assistance. I bought clothes from Temu and I paid for them. They were dispatched and I paid for tax and duty then on the 18th Dec when I tracked them it said delived to the client and I didn't get anything so I watsapp them the Buffalo courier no help so far, I e-mailed no response and I called by I am forever on hold. So I am wondering how many people is this done to them and they are quiet. Since Thursday saying "the good will be delivered shortly make sure someone is there to receive them bt even now nothing has happened.
