PAID OVER R4100 ON TEMU , BUT NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER

I'm writing to report an issue with my Temu order placed on August 15, 2025. Despite paying over R4100, including customs taxes, I haven't received my order. The courier, GFS, has been unresponsive and inconsistent. Initially, they claimed my order was at their Port Elizabeth warehouse awaiting delivery to East London, where I reside. This excuse has been repeated for over four weeks. However, today, September 23rd, they informed me that they can't track the order because it was rerouted back to Temu due to delivery issues. I'm extremely frustrated, especially since I needed the items by last week. I urgently need assistance in resolving this matter.
