Paid for, but received nothing.

Order a kit online which never came. They delivered it to paxi instead of to my house like i wanted. Didn't let me know it is there till after it was sent back and then i paid the extra R175 to have it re-delivered and it still never came. Phoning careline is no use as the ppl cannot answer questions and barely speak english. Very disappointed and feel i deserve a refund on my whole purchase.
