Paid customs but no update

I ordered goods through Shein, paid customs but unfortunately forgot to add my reference. I have sent proof of payment and upload it but still no update. I called the call center and each time they tell me that they have escalated my query but no luck. I'm getting emails daily to pay customs not such what else to do. It has been 10days now.
