Paid custom duties twice

They are honestly good. I always order clothes from SheIn and they deliver, most times even quicker than the estimated time.

However, I once paid custom duty twice because my phone was having network issues and when I tried to ask them to send me the money back they told me to ask SheIn, to which SheIn said it is them who can do something because I paid it to them. Then someone in WhatsApp said I should fill a refund form, which I did but they never refunded me and the person stopped responding to my texts.
