Packet not delivered

Good day I want to place them in the spotlight because I have buy stuff from temu and they said it will be delivered but they said they can't get hold of me but I am a housewife and is at home the whole day. I tried to phone them they answer one of my calls and the other 10 they just put the phone down. They give us a WhatsApp number but they do not read their messages. They said there was thee delivery attempts but no one was at my home. The one time that I get through and talk to a lady she said she can see on the system the parcel they want to deliver to me is not even my things. What must I do and it is now more than 15 days. They phone and a machine tells me they will deliver
