Package unaccounted for

If i could give a 0 I would. I ordered spectacles from Lensmart and th eorder was said to be on route 23rd June. I re-arranged my day to ensure that I would be hom efor the delivery.

It has been almost three weeks of back and forth calling and I am told it has been escalated and that the package is not yet back at the warehouse. What on earth is taking it so long I have no idea. I have called several times and I obviously must also hold until i get through. I really do not want a refund I just want to be able to see properly again and they have held my parcel hostage for long enough. I hope this route will help me.
