Package theft and switch.

Poor service from buffalo couriers. A package was packed by myself and sealed. Handed over to the buffalo courier and after weeks of delay and escalation was only then returned to the Wearhouse. Once finally returned to Tumu, the refund denied as the item returned was not the items in the box. Buffalo couriers was the only other person who had this package and cannot answer for the delay in processing the return. They are also not willing to investigate the disappearance of my item any further . I am now with out the item i bought or my refund.
