Package stuck at Buffalo

I'm extremely disappointed with Buffalo I paid tax twice because I wanted my parcel to move and then deal with the problem later. They even acknowledged the receipt of the second payment but my parcel is still stuck with them they don't respond to emails their service is just terrible
