Package signed as delivered and it was not delivered.

Good Day

I am inquiring about my package that has been signed as delivered, yet I DID NOT RECEIVE THE PARCEL.

The delivery person NASHWORTH LEBOEA ADRIES HLAHLA, came to deliver yesterday 09/09/24, and I was not at home. I asked the security to tell him to deliver today 10/09/24.

The delivery guy signed the parcel as delivered yesterday though he did not drop the parcel to anyone. He went back with it. I spoke to the security at the gate and they said, they told him to deliver today (10/09/24).

Security at the gate are not allowed to keep parcels and there are cameras. Where is my parcel? Why is it signed as delivered, as the delivery guy took it back.

Please can this person NASHWORTH LEBOEA ADRIES HLAHLA bring back my parcel as I requested to be delivered today. It is misleading and unprofessional to sign the parcel as "client received", knowing very well you did not deliver it, to the client.
