Package not received returned to the VAAL 😡

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with our experience using Buffalo Logistics. My daughter's order has been delayed for an unacceptable amount of time, and we are getting nowhere with customer service.

We have called multiple times over the past week, and every single time, we are given the same infuriating, scripted response: "It's being escalated." What does "being escalated" even mean when my package still hasn't moved and I'm still waiting? It feels like a polite way of saying, "We don't know, and we aren't actively doing anything to fix it."
