Package not received

I ordered on the 6th of March,paid customs on the 12th and it is currently the 21st of March and buffalo has had my order in transit for 14 days now. When I tried to track my package this morning it first said tracking number not available and then later changed to “package returned to warehouse because it was wrongly allocated” and “failed delivery attempt” but I had not received an sms that my order is being delivered today nor a call from the delivery guy. I have sent countless emails to buffalo but they have not responded to any of them nor do they pick up my calls. The service is TERRIBLE
