Package not received

I've ordered from temu from 2 weeks ago, the package was then given to the buffalo logistics to deliver, 2 days earlier the were some complications but fortunately they managed to sort them out, while I thought it was over, disaster began, I got a message from temu that my order has been delivered, to who? I don't know cause I didn't receive the package, the wasn't even a call, I tried tracking it through buffalo and It said the same thing, I really don't know what to do right now, I'm stuck😭😭
