Package not delivered and unprofessional
Buffalo logistics has the worst customer service ever. They hardly respond to their WhatsApp messages on their business account. When you call them they hardly answer and when they do they dont resolve your issue. I have been waiting for an order since 7june. Now they want me to pay twice for duty for the same package. When you get calls from them its automated calls

06 Jul 2024, 10:38I forgot to add that they claimed that they couldn’t contact me. I tried calling over and over and they promised to deliver in 2days and never did. All my details were correct
