Package not delivered and claimed to be

I ordered a package from SHEIN I got an email saying package was out for delivery I was not called and the package was not delivered I received an email stating that the package was delivered but I didn’t receive it The driver listed was Tyron marimuthu I can’t get ahold of anyone from buffalo logistics The package contained Xmas gifts I am highly disappointed and distressed Buffalo has ****** my package
