Package not delivered

I have ordered goods from Shein about three to four weeks ago. My package is currently with Buffalo Logistics. It was supposed to be delivered last week apparently it could not be delivered due to insufficient address and contact number. I have been ordering from Shein almost every month with successful deliveries. I have been using the same address and phone number ever since ordering from Shein. This is very disappointing as all my deliveries was done by Fastway Couriers through Buffalo Logistics.
