Package Not Collected for Return of refund!!!

I have been needing a parcel to be returned due to it having a defect. My parcel was supposed to be collected last week Monday! it's been a week since and no one has collected my package!! I will hold Buffalo logistics responsible for my refund if they do not pick it up by tomorrow!!
