Package never came

My package arrived at Cape Town Depo on the 7th of September. I made several attempts to try and find out where my package is. Every time they open a ticket and I hear nothing back. All i know is that they handed over my package to a 3rd party courier. I dont know who the courier is or what the new tracking number is. Today is 25 september and i am still waiting for my delivery. Buffelo has no intrest in helping to find my package
