Package is still with the courier company

Waiting for a package, that was supposed to be delivered on the 3rd of April 2026, it is now the 22th April 2026 and the item was received by Buffalo Couriers and it is still lying in the custom clearance department and they dont provide any feedback or even time frame as to when will the parcels be clearered. And they cant even escalate matters to the correct department.
